The Dream P&G Internship is a flagship program offered to promising and driven undergraduate students interested in unleashing their leadership potential by immersing themselves in the exciting and challenging business of P&G. We aim to partner with the academe in developing the next generation of students who will lead their organizations and communities by exposing them to real-world challenges and providing them learning opportunities designed to grow and hone student leaders in the same way we have been growing P&G Leaders for generations.

What’s in it for YOU?

Independent Business Project assigned to each Intern

Each intern will be assigned to work on a live independent business project over the course of their internship. You will be given opportunities to collaborate with P&G employees and fellow interns over the course of delivering your project and will be asked to present your progress to senior P&G leaders at the end of your internship with P&G.

Leadership and Technical Training Modules to build capability

In line with P&G’s emphasis in developing strong business leaders, interns will be provided with opportunities to join Leadership, Self-Development, and Functional Capability Colleges designed to accelerate your learning and to make you a more effective professional in the business environment.

1:1 Coaching and Mentorship from a Senior P&G Manager

All interns will be designated to a Senior P&G Manager directly overseeing their work. This ensures that you are provided customized coaching and guidance and that you receive continuous feedback and mentorship throughout your internship with P&G.

Paid Internship

P&G offers competitive compensation to students who join our Internship Program. As each intern is tasked to deliver critical work important to our business, we want to ensure you rewarded for the work you do.

Priority for Fulltime Job Offers at P&G after Graduation

Many current P&G employees started their journey as P&G interns who realized they wanted to pursue long-term careers with the company. Interns are given priority to be considered for possible future openings after they graduate.

Opportunity for International Internship Placement*

In line with P&G’s truly diverse and multicultural setting, we will be offering international internship roles to select students who qualify for our program. The students selected for international internship will be sent to Singapore for two-month program, all expenses paid by P&G.

*qualification for International Internship Placement is same as regular application process, subject to availability of role

Application Process

1. Online registration by visit pg.com/ careers -> Choose location Viet Nam -> Choose requisition “ Dream P&G Internship 2015”

2. Fill in personal information and upload resume. Resume should be 1 page maximum and contain the following:

• Complete name and contact details, university and degree, year of graduation

• Academic results, including GPA and any other scholastic achievements

• Top 3-5 leadership experiences and achievements to date. Include 2-3 sentences to describe your specific role, the intervention you made and results achieved.

3. Complete the online Success Drivers Assessment, the next steps will be sent via email upon completing this step

Important Dates

• 6 Feb: Application Open

• 31 Mar : deadline for completing online applications and assessment

• 6 Feb- 15 April : Recruitment Process ( Online Test, Offline Test, Interview)

• May : Offering internship

• 9 July- 9 Sep : P&G Summer Internship 2015

Qualifications

- Students in their penultimate or 3rd year or last year of pursuing a bachelor’s degree

- Experience in leading a group or organization in any capacity

- Strong academic performance

- Interested in developing skills to become a future leader with P&G in home country or within ASEAN countries or in our regional office in Singapore/ Thai Lan

- Have passion for winning and be Ready for a new challenge
